    <title>Sep 19, Complete Website Remodel Job</title>
    <link></link>
<description>After a really long time looking at this terrible dark, corporate looking website I've finally found the time to completely remodel it... overhaul it... update it...

You know, make it pretty!

Although, I have to say that making it pretty wasn't really my biggest concern with the site and how it looked. I really thought it was just too dark and corporate looking for the message that I wanted to deliver.

That's something that you should really consider when you get ready to design your website. You want a website that *feels* the way you want it to feel in order to help facilitate getting your message across.

In other words, you wouldn't want to go silly with a financial planning website and include child's handwriting fonts and pictures of crayons!

The feel of a website should taylor into your overall message and website theme.

In addition to the overhaul, I also really wanted to improve the navigation of the website when I remodeled it. Hopefully I've accomplished that... but I'm sure visitors will let me know if that's not the case.

So, take a look around and tell me if you like the new layout... I really do. In fact, I think I'll be more inclined to spend more time working on this site now!</description>
