Recurring Income
In my opinion, whoever invented the concept of recurring income was an absolute genius!
Seriously.
I can't think of any other business model on the planet with as much potential as the recurring income business model to earn A LOT of money with a fraction of the work.
A recurring income stream allows you to do the work of gaining a customer for your business one time, yet you continue to be paid for that customer over and over and over again.
If you're not familiar with the concept, think of magazine subscriptions. Let's say that your business is monthly magazine subscriptions. You sell a single magazine subscription to a single customer and earn $10 the first month. The second month rolls around and you earn another 10 bucks. And this just keeps going month after month for as long as your customer continues to subscribe to the magazine.
In this example, you did the work of acquiring the customer one time, but you'll continue to earn $10 per month from that customer for a very long time.
Ten bucks might not seem like a lot, but multiply that by 100 customer in the first month. Now you're earning $1,000 per month like clockwork without doing ANY additional work.
Now imagine that you work your rear off for a year and get 100 new customers every month for 12 months. By month 13, you would have 1,200 customers and be earning $12,000 per month!
That's the power of the recurring income business model.

Of course, there are lots of different ways to build a recurring income business. Here's a few ideas:
- Create and run a membership website.
- Become an affiliate for a membership website.
- Create a subscription training service or mastermind group.
- Offer access to an internet based software program.
- Sell some kind of monthly service.
- Sell physical memberships like magazines, trade journals, newspapers, etc.
Or you could go with my favorite recurring income business -- network marketing.
I know, network marketing has a bad reputation... but that's because most people who try to get into MLM don't have any idea how to actually make money doing it and their sponsors are more interested in getting as much revenue out of each recruit as possible rather than actually mentoring their team.
It's a real shame because network marketing is probably the most lucrative recurring income business in existence.
Take a look at what Robert Kiyosaki, the author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad, has to say about network marketing:
I'm a big believer in network marketing because I've seen how well it works with my own eyes.
Here's a quick example from my own network marketing business that will give you an idea of just how crazy the money can be... If you were on my team and you were to introduce three people per month into your business every month for a year, at the end of that year you would be earning $29,568 per month, like clockwork, without acquiring any additional customers.
That's just crazy and it just doesn't get any better than that when it comes to recurring income!
